What does airway-aware orthodontics mean?

It means considering breathing concerns alongside teeth, bite, and jaw anatomy during planning. Breathing and sleep symptoms may call for evaluation by other specialists. Orthodontic treatment is not a guaranteed treatment for sleep apnea.

Are clear aligners right for everyone?

No. The best option depends on the tooth movements needed, your bite, and your ability to follow the treatment plan. An evaluation helps determine whether aligners, braces, or another approach fits your needs.

Does working with AOS mean I need jaw surgery?

No. A coordinated approach means considering appropriate options for your situation. Surgery is only discussed when the clinical evaluation supports considering it.
